7. Three Men and a Baby - The alleged "Ghost" in this scene is just a "standee" [a stand-up cardboard cutout used for advertising display] of Ted Danson in a top hat and tails, according to snopes.com. You can see from the film clip's still shot, here below, that the standee's top hat is revealed.

8. The Wizard of Oz - The "Disgruntled Munchkin" is actually just a crane or an emu borrowed from the local zoo spreading and retracting its wings. You can see him flapping around in early screen frames too.

I think it's trick photography on most of the pictures. I've seen the Ted Danson cut out before. The thing I like to look for in Wizard of Oz is the dead man who hung himself from the set.
