Dream Journal: The Best Fun Park Ever (March 21, 2009)

DREAM 

Last night's dream was set in a classy amusement park; even better than Disney world. I didn't go on any rides but I did go to all the concerts and shows. There was a women's choir from an all girls university that was very entertaining. They performed popular music in a classical choral style. For example, they sang "Gettn' Jiggy Wit It" by Will Smith [Thanks to Heather's ringtone]. The hip-hop beats in the song were all sung a capella in harmonics--I wish you could have enjoyed it live.

After the evening concert, I grabbed two girls by the hand and we visited as we wandered the park. After a while, the cuter girl on my left hand asked me when I was going to ditch the girl on my right. I asked her if she felt uncomfortable with our current situation. She denied having any problem with it but soon thereafter she made an excuse and went back to the concert hall. (I wasn't feeling any chemistry with her anyway.) With "Lefty" out of the picture, the girl on my right felt free to turn up her interest a notch. We continue walking and talking through the park until sunrise the next morning.

Who's Got The Funk?

I am an amateur guitarist, and I've got no funk. My musical skills seem to lacking that special something . Great musicians have it . Those fortunate enough to have gotten hold of  it , create timeless hits. While musicians without it  fade into oblivion. After spending hours searching through Blues history websites and 1970's band documentaries online, I discovered what that special something  is thank to a (70% Man, 30% fish) character from the BBC show "The Mighty Boosh" named Old Gregg.
