What I saw in the gym toilet on Tuesday night after standing up made my eyes bulge! My stool was multi-colored. The first half [the digested food from the 17th] was green and the second half [from that day] was brown.
Naturally concerned about any health issues, I googled symptoms of "Green Stools" online and came up with THIS...AND THIS.
These articles put my mind at rest. Not only does the color of food you eat affect stool color, but here's a fact I didn't know. The small intestine lines our excrement in green; the stool only becomes brown when passing through the large intestine.
