Monday marked my first day of the 90 P90X workout regimen. My roommate Brian Gibson purchased the DVDs after watching an infomercial. His desire is to return to his high school physique. (In my opinion, that is impossible thing for anyone.) Including the resistance bands, all the nutritional supplements, and a few other things, he was out $300.
He did the first 2 days but, for one reason or another, didn't finish the other 3 days of the week. When I returned from Ohio, I offered to join him as a workout partner.
My goal is not to lose weight but to gain weight. My plan is to eat twice as much as I usually do by eating more healithy, more frequently. With any luck, I will gain muscle wight and not blubba weight. By September 15th, the plan is to look something, but not exactly, like this:
Expect update pictures each month.

Good news! If any one else wants a set of their own, I found a local guy who distributes for P90X and is selling copies plus the necessary schedules and papers for $53!

Bryan, good luck with that! I can't wait to see the updates. You are looking pretty sculpted already though...
ReplyDeleteGOOD LUCK Bry! Stick with it! P90X is in-tense!
ReplyDeletePlease don't post any of your update pics in a speedo. A'ight?
ReplyDeleteYou look much better than I remember in high school! You put on 15-20 pounds and you'll be perfect! But we won't be able to tell much unless you update every two weeks (just 1-2 shots, okay??)
ReplyDeleteHang with it! We're all so curious but can't commit to something like that. You're one of the few I know that really could do it!! :)
Wow, I take a few days' break, and I'm fifteen posts behind! Good luck with the new you and keep us updated.
