I was a little too excited to start school this semester—A few hours before the end of the Add/Drop date, I was signed up for 24 credits. In hindsight that was probably a mistake. Here's what I think happened: I thought, "YES! Back in school! I love all of these classes, and they all fit so perfectly; nothing overlaps. I can do this!" When I realized I was way over the recommended 9-12 credit load for full-time students, I then thought, "I've done it before at USU. I think one semester I took somewhere between 18-22 credits. If I could do it once, I can do it again. Plus, I'm only working 5-10 hours/week. If I'm not working at least 20-hours/week, this is an opportunity to use that time doing school work."
