Ryan Tripp, Brian Zundel, Mike Zimmerman and I all christened the new Carriage Cove Ultimate Frisbee Golf Course today. It took about an hour to play the course. The good news is that we stayed away from cars. The bad news is that I lodged my frisbee on the clubhouse roof on the 8th hole. It was a reckless move that never should have happened. Rules -Order of Tee is decided by the lowest score on the previous hole. -Throw from behind where your frisbee landed with respect to the course. -Must be thrown from a controlled position; no jumping or leaning against objects. -Out of Bounds (OB) is an automatic 1 stroke penalty and dropped perpendicular to the line of sight the hole on either side of you. Roof, sand and inside the pool fence are all OB. -Any contact with a car or motorcycle is an automatic 2 stroke penalty. Biography Dr. Ronald Staheli is the Choral and Conducting Division Coordinator and the Director of Graduate Studies in Choral Music at BYU. He also appears regularly as conductor in performances involving the combined choirs and orchestra of Brigham Young University. He has traveled widely as a clinician and guest conductor, and has become known for what a colleague calls a profound sense of phrasing and articulation, which informs all his work. In July of 2001, Dr. Staheli conducted an all-Mozart concert with choirs of the Zimriya International Choral Festival. Dr. Staheli was a guest lecturer at the Fourth International Choral Symposium in Sydney, Australia, where the BYU Singers also performed concerts in the world-famous Opera House and Town Hall. Travels have also taken him and the choir to the Middle East, Russia, Western and Eastern Europe, the South Pacific, and West Africa. Glee is an fresh, new show on Fox, Tuesdays at 9pm starting THIS FALL! (You've got a little time to get excited about it.)  Here is Glee's official website. OK. So, KINGS fizzled out after the premiere. But I have to insist, WE WILL NOT FIND A PILOT EPISODE IN THE NEXT 5 YEARS THAT WILL COMPARE to THE MAJESTIC CINEMATOGRAPHY, COMPELLING CHARACTERS AND RICH SYMBOLIC SIGNIFICANCE FOUND IN  KINGS . My Frog Known as Logan [Named after Wolverine because of his obstinance and constantly deployed claws.] - This daring adventurer managed to leap of two heavily convexed bowls and around the apartment for hours before anyone noticed. The first time was a month ago. He leaped out of the giant fish bowl when the lights went out. Fortunately, I was still awake at 2am when he hopped into my room. I was watching a show about dangerous animals on the History Channel when out of the corner of my eye, I caught sight of a creepy thing smashing itself against my dresser. His amphibious body was no longer wet but covered in fuzz like a used sticky-hand one gets out of a toy dispenser. I quickly threw him into a fresh bowl of water and the filth dispersed across the surface. Once he cleaned himself up a bit, I put him in smaller, more curved bowl.
