Hal-le-lu-jah!
It was at the height of anxiety attack that I walked in to the health department this afternoon for my final TB prognosis. The older receptionist glanced at my arm and said, "Gimme your paper". She ran her finger along the my little red bump and without saying another thing, stamped it, initialed it and, "NEXT!"
I didn't dare ask her for an explanation, I just looked down at the check-boxes and noted that the side marked "negative" was scribbled in. Phew! Walking triumphantly out to my car, I decided to treat myself to a hamburger on the way home.
Here are some images to help illustrate the intensity and true anxiety I felt over the last 48 hrs: (Be sure to click on each picture to ensure maximum enjoyment...)

Oh Thank Goodness. I'm glad you're TB free. Those anxiety pictures were awesome. Is the runner you? It looks like you.
ReplyDeletethank goodness the runner was NOT you. D i s g u s t i n g !
ReplyDeleteWhere do you find these great images? My favorite was the child chess match.
I am SO glad you don't have TB!!
Me too! I'm relieved! 9 months of those pills is no picnic. I hear we're going to have company soon! We have the word out and as soon as you want you can flee. I'm sorry about your fish-but you know, they don't have a very long lifespan to begin with. We have a very nice goldfish bowl up here if you want to start again!
